On Monday, September 18, the Jr High and JV Vikings traveled to Appleton City to take on the Bulldogs.  The JV Vikings came out on top with a final score of 22-6.  The first score came with a run from Jacob Swartz in the first quarter.  The 2-point conversion by Moses Morrison was good.  Mason Adams had a TD run in the 4th quarter accompanied by another successful 2-point conversion, this time with a pass from Colton Dean to Swartz.  The Vikings ended the game with another touchdown run by Morrison.  Other noteworthy events in the game include Mason Yahnig with 3 interceptions, Johnny Humbird with 1 interception, and Jack Stahl, Dean, and Swartz all with fumble recoveries.  

The Jr. High Vikings also won with a final score of 36-6.
