The LEAD Drive Form is designed for students who require occasional permission to drive to LEAD. This form must be completed each time a student intends to drive to LEAD, ensuring proper tracking of their presence and mode of arrival.
The LEAD Parent Permission Form addresses situations when LEAD sessions are not in progress. This form grants parents and students the understanding and permission for students to sign out and drive home during these specific times.
The Placement Drive Form is for students who will consistently drive to LEAD throughout the academic year and will not utilize bus transportation. By signing this form, students relinquish their right to bus service to LEAD. This system is in place to enhance student tracking and prevent issues such as buses waiting for students who are driving or forgetting students who were expected to ride the bus.
